Looking for a Kodak Zi8 alternative. Any suggestions?

My company is looking to replace our horribly outdated Kodak Zi8 cameras (similar to the Flip cameras). These are primarily used for market research interviews and were preferred because they were idiot-proof and small enough to be discreet in a public place. Now that those are discontinued, what are some good alternatives other than the obvious GoPro?
