Gopro Hero 3+ won t turn on?!

I ve tried the whole battery remove and hold power thing. Used to work, but now it just stopped working. The only way to temporarily fix it (for about 5 minutes) is to plug it into a computer (not the wall) and keep unplugging and replugging until it is notified on the computer. Then I can turn the gopro on and unplug.

Note that this fix only works for about 5 minutes, then I need to find another computer and do the same thing. Does anyone know a permanent fix for this?
