Best action camera (for around $100)?

Hello. I am a paintball referee and of course player. And i would like to capture some action footage. I have been looking into cameras that are great quality for a brother on a budget. So far i've selected the gopro hero 1 or 3 (depends if i get a good deal on a 3) the ion air pro (dont know exactly which version is best for a good price) and last but least (in prce that is) the emerson HD action cam (coming in at about $37) so what should i get? Keeping cost preferably under $200 but with great quality. Feel free to list any camera i may have failed to mention that would be a contender. Thank you In advance.
