Will a fine/lightly scratch affect my polarized lens when it comes to video/pics?

There's a fine light scratch on my polarized lens cause I used a cloth. I'm worried if that small fine scratch will ruin image/video. Before scratching it, I saw dead bug on my lens. I had my gopro attached outside my car. I checked my video and I couldn't see the bug on video. Im thinking, if i cant see the dead bug, I wont be able to see that small scratch.

My polarized lens is a Hoya PRO 1 digital filter multi coated.
