I have ordered a gopro hero 5 black in gopro.com, the shipment is from US to India through fedex, on may 7 it reached Bangalore, and from that date till now (may 13) in fedex tracking page is like "shipment exception, improper or missing international paperwork, contact Customer Service" and "clearance in progress" alternatively. I have contacted customer service they told, they raised a request and they will contact you as soon as possible, but i never received a call from them till now. Don't know what's the problem with the shipment, i have sent my KYC documents too. Do any one know what's the problem, or any one came across a problem like this?
