Hi there, I've got a few trips planned for the next few months and am looking for a good camera to buy instead of using my phone all the time.
I'd really like a simple point-and-shoot camera, that's preferably water proof since I like to go snorkelling. I want to use it mostly for photos, but okay film and sound would be excellent too since i could make small videos for my family and friends back home.
Also do any have wifi or bluetooth so that I can send some pics to my phone since i won't be bringing a laptop or anything? I would like to send a few to my phone so I can send them to people and show where I'm. What do you other travellers do? I asked some people at the local tech places and they recommend GoPro's but I thought they were mainly for film.
I'm not limited by a price range, I just want something good that won't let me down. I was originally looking at the olympus tg-4/5, so does anyone know if either of those are good? What does everybody else use when travelling, and any suggestions for what I should get would be great. Thanks:)
