I am trying to get videos from an offbrand GoPro to my MacBook Air and it is not working. I have done it before successfully, so it isn't the camera or the computer, and nothing seems to be wrong with the cord. When I plug in the USB, the camera turns on and charges, but the camera doesn't appear on the desktop of the laptop and I can't access the photos or videos. Help?
