So I came across a dilemma, or should I say created one after I plugged in my SD card in the laptop(Runs Windows 10), after doing so the system recommend me to scan and fix problems found in the folder (this folder read as DCIM containing my videos from my gopro) as i proceeded to allow the system to run its course, the outcome made it so that it converted the folder into a "File" which is shown as blank sheet of paper icon, being so that once I try to open the file with one of my applications it reads as "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file." So to conclude this, I hope someone out there can point me into the right direction to recover and view my footage! Thanks in advance
Cheers!
