Later on this year, I am heading over to China for a school trip and I want to make and edit a video, but i don't have a camera. Right now, I am looking at getting a GoPro or a DSLR camera. A Gopro will be easier to travel with as it's smaller and lighter, but it won't be near the picture quality of a DSLR camera. The Gopro is cheaper than something like a Canon, but i'm wondering if it's worth it. If you have any other alternatives, fell free to leave a comment. Note: I live in New Zealand so other types of cameras may not be sold here.
