What do i get for my canon rebel t5 to shoot snowboarding? And possibly waves?

I dont know what anythings called, what housings do i get? What are they called? Cheaper ones? I am not liking the quality of gopros shots and videos, so trying to switch over. Im trying to get a new camera, whats a good DSLR for action shots and filming? And a good waterproof. Everything as cheap as can be, while still being decent quality please.
