GoPro Hero 2 NO SD and stuck?!

I got this Hero 2, i was trying to update it to the latest version of firmware v312, but i guess it didn't complete the update, everytime i restart the GoPro it shows up a camera icon with a down arrow, and then shows a video camera for few seconds, and finally turns on and says NO SD, although the SD is in, and its a working SD. I can't open the settings and anything, whatever i press it just doesnt do anything, even if i plug the USB to my laptop, it doesnt go to USB mode. I tried to do a factory reset but it doesnt do it, i've been searching online and trying for two days! I'm really tired of this, please help me.
