Use a GoPro to film the inside of a car?

Hello! I am looking for a good camera that has a wide enough lens to film the inside of my Subaru Forester from the Dash Board. I d love to be able to mount it below my rear-view mirror, and have it capture every passenger in the car at once.

But I don t know which camera can do this for me.

I have heard a Go Pro is capable of this, but I can t seem to confirm that. Can someone recommend a suitable camera/mount if necessary?
