How to make Instagram video uploads not low quality after being processed?

Whenever I upload a video I made from iPhone apps like cameo (take note my video footage Coke from GoPro app) and save it to my camera roll and to upload it on Instagram before I upload it it looks good quality but after it is posted the video is compressed to low quality. Help anyone?
