Should I buy a GoPro or another action camera?

Hi! I m thinking about getting an action cam and go pro is undoubtably the best. But they re very expensive and the waterproofing case (and backdoor) doesn t come included. Don t take into consideration all the mounts because I have a solution for both go pro or another cam. What I ll do is skiing, not on like mountains but some terrain park and black diamond recreational hills. Mountain biking, shallow swimming in lakes and occasionally the ocean. I might do some other things like roller coasters and parachuting too. For what I m gonna do should I save up for a go pro or another sports cam that comes water and shock proof?
