Is there any way i can view my video footage from my gopro hero 1 on my xperia m4?

can i get the charging cable and use a usb to mini usb and view the videos through the phone video app or can i get a micro sd adaptor to connect through the phone that way? I don't want to keep taking my micro sd out of my phone and put in the micro sd card from the gopro and back again all the time as both phone/sd cards will eventually get damaged. I need another way quick in case i have to pull over the side of the road on my motorbike and quickly show police. Thank you
