I'm looking for a good quality vlogging & action camera?

I'm looking for a good quality action camera. Something like a GoPro, but with a flip-out screen so it would also be good for vlogging. It needs to be able to hold hours of video shooting. It needs to be water and shock proof, and be able to be mounted on a car dashboard or on a helmet. I would like to travel and do things such as kayaking and hiking, but also be able to vlog when I'm driving. I was hoping I would be able to have all these features on one device. If such a device doesn't exist, could you suggest some good vlogging cameras and some good action cameras?
