Do you guys recommend me to buy a car or gopro or iphone6 after I get out from army basic training?

I just want to know if I can or not bc I saw o a marine video that cant buy a car after you get out from bootcamp bc then you have to go somewhere else for training and you r not going to use your car for months is that true
