GoPro accessories not fitting?

I recently bought a GoPro hero 3 white and bought the mounts with it on amazon these mounts are not made by GoPro but from the reviews they should work the same. I am new to GoPro so I don't know how to use the mounts. I figured out that you need to attache a separate piece into the mount you want to use in order for the GoPro to stick but my housing do not fit into any of the accessories from the picture you can see that my GoPro housing can't fit into the black piece under it. But from the reviews I am reading on Amazon they seem to be working fine for everyone else. GoPro accessories not fitting
