My GOPRO won't charge (read the details)?

I have a GOPRO Hero3 White edition and every time i plug it in whether in the car, wall or computer the red light flashes randomly and is not solid like it should be. I've tried three batteries and I just dont know what to do anymore, I'm about to beat the f*ck out of this thing.
