GoPro Hero 4 usb import not working?

**Please READ**

It used to work, but one day I was using the camera and I was taking a video but it said SD card error and gave me this mysterious file that says "Unable to view". I m not sure if that had anything to do with the import problem but now when I try to import, it immediately goes to one of the last files and says "Insufficient Disk Space" and asks me to change the location, but no matter where I change it to it still says the same thing. I really need to import my footage and this is driving me crazy.
