What camera should I buy for my travels?

Hey Guys!

So I want to buy a camera for my travels that takes quality photos, yet isn't a DSLR I don't want to have to carry something big and heavy. So pretty much I want something that is small yet quality photos and I also want to film a lot too. That's why I was thinking Olympus Pen E-PL7?

I am looking to spend no more than $800 AUD however if it is a really good camera I will consider spending more.

I was also thinking of buying a GoPro for filming and then a cheaper camera for photos? Advice Please! Thanks!
