Transferring GoPro videos to computer through app?

Next weekend I am going to PA for my family's annual Memorial Day weekend trip to relative's house. This year, EVERYONE on my father's side will be there (19 people total).

I have a GoPro Hero4 Black with a 32GB card. Only thing is, I take lots of video. Other thing, I only own a desktop.

My question… Is there a secret way I've yet to learn about where I can go onto the Gopro app and transfer all videos/pictures to my computer or email or something to make more room on the card? I would hate to lose some precious family memories just because I needed to make space on my memory card…
