What accessories should I buy with a gopro?

I am considering buying a gopro action camera, and while I was on their website, I noticed about 100 accessories I could buy. While I know I won't need most of them, which of the mounts/misc. Items should I buy? (P.S. I am looking for accessories I would need for rock climbing, skiing, and rafting)
