I'm looking into purchasing a Go Pro Hero for a gift. I'm not sure if I should get the GoPro 3 Black (this particular bundle comes with extra batteries) or the Go Pro Silver 4 with the touchscreen. They are close to the same price but I don't know if the extra batteries or the touchscreen wins out. Any advice?
