What is a good video editing program similar to Final Cut Pro?

I am looking to edit my videos/clips. Maybe 5 minute maximum videos
but with a lot of clips.

I am very familiar with Final Cut Pro, on the MAC but I do not have a MAC at home.
Is there something with an interface similar to Final Cut that is easy to use?

This is for my Windows 7 x64 bit operating system. I have a capable GPU and sufficient RAM.
I will be editing lots of Skateboarding Clips and etc. From my GoPro Hero 3+
