I want to record live video to my computer instead of its SD card, as I will need to record for a very long time and it will likely be longer than my SD card can hold.
How do I do this? I thought adobe premiere pro had a feature but it is confusing me.
i would like to record from a panasonic hdc sd80 but there is also a gopro hero3 (black) that I am able to use.
do I need to get a separate program? Are there any good free/cheap ones available?
Added (1). also, i know it's best to use a firewire cable but I only have USB.
