I'm going scuba diving and taking photos underwater. It is difficult for me to hold the camera (GoPro) steady underwater and also will have a hard time telling if I'm actualy taking a picture or not so I was thinking it would be less risky to just film underwater and taking stills from the video to get the actual pictures.
To get the clearest/best pictures from the video, what settings would be best? 30fps or 60fps? And 720, 960 or 1080 resolution?
