Gopro Hero 3+ Import Issues?

For some reason my Gopro Camera is refusing to Import my video files or show any reaction to my computer whatsoever. Instead of the USB Symbol stay the way it is, it just goes the camera menu when plugged in. For some reason it only charges my camera from my Computer but nothing more. I don't know what the problem is with this thing. I'm outta options. I need some help. What do i do, guys?
