I'm planning on going free diving in my neighborhood's lake. I have been thinking about doing this for the past few years but never did it cause I didn't have the tools for it but now I do. I have long blade free diving fins and a mask and snorkel and a flashlight and a gopro. I also have diving weights that I could wear too to help get me under the water. I'm still nervous about doing this as I'm scared of something happening to me. What precautions should I take while doing this?
