My plans are to surf web/ YouTube and organize photos and my files on 4TB external. Edit GoPro videos. I have a Xbox one so don't plan on gaming but ya never know

i5-7400, 8GB Memory, 128GB SSD + 1TB Hard Drive, Windows 10 (I would update ram $200)

i7-7700 , 16GB Memory, 2 TB Hard Drive, Windows 10
3. I guess I would go with Mac again since I have 2009 MacBook Pro. I don't know any suggestions here would be helpful
