I was riding my bike with my pit bull when a german shepherd attacked her. My pit only broke the german shepherd's leg in self defense. The owner saw the whole thing and is trying to sue me for mauling his dog. My dog was on a leash while the other wasn't. My pit had to get eight stitches on her neck. I'm considering suing him back. Which of us would win in court? I had a gopro on and it caught the entire attack.
