Why does my GoPro footage look terrible?

This is one of the clips shot with the GoPro Hero 4 Silver.

(This is exactly how it was shot, no editing. The way it looks in the link is the way it looks straight off the camera)
The settings were:
1080 Superview
60 FPS
Protune- White Balance: Auto, Color: Flat, ISO Limit: 400, Sharpness: High
