Which sports action cam is best?

Am planning to get a sports cam for Perth trip. Between Gopro, Sony and Sjcam, which is better? I read the specifications but am not a very technical person to understand the terms. The cam will be used to film my adventures such as horse riding, water activities, ect. Which have a better photo, video and sound quality? Please help.
