Will the noise from a gopro spook a horse?

I have a go pro 3 and I will be volunteering at a non profit horse farm for animal experience for vet school. I wanted to record some horses to have as a memory and for a video I'm making of my year. When a go pro is turned on and off it beeps for a second. Will it spook the horses?
