I m looking to buy a GoPro but I m stuck on which one I should buy. Can someone help?!

I m between the Hero3+ black which is on amazon for $365 and comes with a Bluetooth remote or the Hero4 silver with is $435 it s doesn t come with a remote but it has a touchscreen on the back.
