How to get lots of Subscribers/Views on Youtube?

I have the editing skills (Sony Vegas), I just don't know what content to make and how to get an audience. I also have a Screen Recorder (Camtasia), Webcam and Gaming rig. I really want to know what to do and how to reach more people. Please suggest anything you can.
