Video upload quality issues! GOPRO?

Ok, I have literally googled so many times and tried a million things and I don t know what I am doing wrong.

I recorded gopro footage in 1080p and with 60 fps on the actual gopro. I edited a montage in iMovie. I initially tried to upload my video to facebook but the quality comes out way worse. Then I tried vimeo and it made my 1080p video go down to 720p HD which looks like **** compared to the original. Then I did it on youtube and it did the same as Vimeo and looks poor.

I worked so hard on this video and I just can t get it to upload on any social media platform with HD pure gopro quality.

Anyone please help and with detailed instructions?
