How to take gopro mount off of adhesive mount?

How to take gopro mount off of adhesive mount?
Added (1). how do i take the actual mount of the gopro, off of the adhesive mount? I can't get it to budge and i need to take it off of my helmet so i can put the gopro on my surfboard
