Should I get a GoPro or a PS4?

I m going to ride dirtbikes and quads a lot pretty soon, but I don t know what else i would do with a GoPro. I really want to get Black ops 3 and Fallout 4 but I don t have a lot of time for that right now, and what if i don t like the games? What would you get and why?
