GoPro Studio causing flickering?!

GoPro Studio causing flickering?!
Added (1). When using my windows media player to watch some vids I made with my gopro 4 silver, they view fine but are upside down. When I open them with the GoPro Studio to flip them, they developed a flickering. Can I get the GP Studio to work without flickering OR is there a better way to flip and trim down (time length) vids?
