Gopro hero 3 white edition won't power on?

I had my mom get me a refurbished gopro 3 white edition off of the go pro ebay. I used it the other day to see how it was and tried to use it today and now it won't f**king turn on and I went to the go pro site to see what to do and none of the options work at all. But it just worked a day ago. Where am I supposed to send it now?
