1080p quality video camera for $130-$200? I want to create videos! FEEDBACK APPRECIATED?

I'm returning my GoPro Hero+ because it does not have a SCREEN, and I just want to shoot movies, and creative music videos.

So I was at BestBuy looking for what I can exchange it for around the same price. I saw Sony DSC-H300 for $180 but the quality doesnt even look that good? I believe it's 720p and my camera i've been using is 720p! (Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX3)

So:

1) I need a camera better than what I have [video quality wise] I WANT 1080p
2) The GoPro Hero+ has 1080p and was like $140 but it doesnt have a screen!

SO WHAT CAN I DO, SHOULD I BUY A 1080p CAMCORDER?
1080p CAMERA?
