Why does this happen to me every time I watch myself on video?

So the other day I had a gopro in my car. I stop at a convenience store with the gopro in my car still recording. I watched the footage later and saw myself walking into the convenience store and I looked so stupid, like I was disgusted by how I looked. Everybody else walking in the convenience store looked normal but I looked like some weirdo. I don't know why but every time I see myself on video I look so abnormal and I am just horrified by how I look. Is this normal
