I was scammed on a craigslist deal, what can I legally do?

So I've had my old GoPro hero 2 camera on craigslist for $130 for a couple weeks. I got an offer a couple of days ago, and over text, we decided on $110. So I go to meet the guy in front of a local CVS pharmacy. I have my phone recording audio in my pocket (I'm a little paranoid about meeting the next craigslist killer ok?). When the guy arrives, he looks over the camera for a couple of minutes, than agrees to buy it and we give him the camera and receive the money.
The day later, I get a text from him saying that he took it to best buy to buy an SD card, and had the geek sqaud guy show him how to put it in (very confusing, as there is one slot in the side of it the same size as the card… How hard can it be to figure out that it slides in there?). The geek squad guy attempted to put the card in, and it wouldn't slide in. Apparently the hinge inside the sd card slot is broken.
