Why do most people hate their boss?

So far in my life, I have five jobs. Out of all these jobs, I only hate one boss from my first job. All the rest are really nice and are aware of how well I am doing in the job. From a Math tutor, barista, tea master, tea master at somehwere else, and image quality engineer at GoPro. I am a young guy, yet, I do have friends who kept telling me how much they hate their boss. They say that their boss stares at them creepily or kept telling them what to do in a different way than what they think it should have been done. In my mind I try to think to myself, are my friends really stubborn or just hate their lives? Even my gf comes home everyday complaining to me on how much her boss kept walking around the room and supervise those employees most of the time. For me, most of my bosses congratulates with me or joke with me. Sometimes I try to think what are some reasons to hate my boss lol.
