Should I use 60fps or 30fps for my Gopro? I have the new gopro HERO+ LCD?

im wondering should i use 1080p60 or 1080p30 for REGULAR use, (not slow motion). And why? I heard many people say that since gopro doesnt have an image stabilization software/hardware, 60fps is kinda pointless unless youre slowing down the video.
so in your opinion, which should i use?
