How to keep the quality of my GoPro videos on social media like instagram?

I swear I tried every possible thing, but I haven't found a good program or app that compresses or converts GoPro videos to to instagram. I edit my videos with frames to fit the screen on instagram (NOT SQUARE size). My videos always come out pixelated. My friends think I'm anal because to them, they don't notice the pixelation on my vids. But I see these amazing videos on the GoPro Insta and they come out with perfect quality! Please Help!
