How long does it take to ship from Phoenix, AZ to Muskogee, OK?

I bought a GoPro on Ebay, and the tracking window says that it has left Phoenix. I was wondering how long it will take to get here. Also if it needs a signature can a minor sign, because my parents wont be home if the package come in the middle of the day.
