Least expensive but powerful quadcopter able to carry a Gopro or SJ4000?

Wanting to eventually get into the more expensive models, but to start with a lesser model that has the power to lift a Gopro or SJ4000. Those are exactly like Gopro but a fraction of the cost.

Looking for under 100.00 if possible.
