GoPro Studio crashing every time I try to convert clips?

I've never used the studio before, but I'm trying to upload/export a time lapse and I click "upload," choose the pictures, drag to the convert side and click convert, then it crashes. Is there a way to fix this? And please don't just tell me to use a different program
